Originally developed at Google, it is one of the most well known emotional intelligence programs in the world, proven its impact on individuals and organizations.

This workshop is based on the Search Inside Yourself, created at Google. It’s a highly interactive live (online or in-person) training followed by a four-week online journey of creating habits of wellbeing.
It includes experiential exercises, dyads, group conversations, attention-training practices and other activities that you can integrate to your work and life after the workshop.
Compassion & Belonging
Why is compassion necessary at work? Because it’s one of the core qualities required to create the culture of DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) at workplaces.
We offer how to cultivate compassion intrapersonal and interpersonal ways at work, so everyone in the workplace can practice DEIB in their relationships and work.
