Do you know what you get when you try to stop thinking? 🤔
Once, I was so curious about how to stop thinking because I felt agitated so much. When I started meditating, I really tried hard to stop thinking but I couldn't. Instead, what I got was headache.
We cannot stop thinking - it's a default feature of being human.
Instead, what I learned was something else - how to be a gentle observer of thinking. Simple but not easy to do - but we all gotta start somewhere by "doing" it.
Let's practice together, talk about our mind, and ask questions. At the end, you'll feel your mind a bit lighter, rested.
